Bio

Eric W. Schmidt is a founding partner of the Rafi & Schmidt Law Group, PLLC. Eric has over 22 years of experience in personal injury law. Eric grew up in San Diego, California the son of a Lt. Colonel in the Marine Corps. and a Registered Nurse. Eric graduated from SDSU in 1988, with a Bachelors degree in Pre-Law, where he went on to a successful career in the financial industry. After wanting a further challenge, Eric decided to attend Western State College of Law where he was thereafter admitted to the California State Bar.

Eric went on to open and manage the Phoenix and Maricopa branches of a large multi-state personal injury law firm where he was also admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2004. Eric is also a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to both the California and Arizona Federal District Courts. After decades of successfully managing large firms, Eric decided to devote himself to his own practice where he makes himself available to clients. Eric chooses to focus on each individual case where he can apply his decades of experience.

Eric has extensive trial history and is responsible for over $40 million dollars in settlements, with over 145 cases won in arbitration and ten jury verdicts. When you need an attorney with a proven history who isn’t afraid to take cases to court or arbitration, Eric is here for you.

Brandon B. Rafi is a founding partner of the Rafi & Schmidt Law Group, PLLC. Brandon graduated top of his class at Arizona Summit Law School, after having previously attended the University of Arizona in Tucson and Brophy College Prepatory in Phoenix. Brandon is proud of his ties to the community and his extensive education in Arizona shows his devotion to helping those in the greater Phoenix area.

Brandon received the prestigious Governor Raul Castro Scholar Academic Excellence Award and was a Senior Staff Editor for Law Review during his time at Arizona Summit Law School. Brandon is admitted to the Arizona State Bar, and Federal District Court of Arizona as well as being a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Brandon prides himself in his attention to detail. When your case requires diligence and follow through Brandon will be there every step of the way ensuring your case gets the attention it deserves.
